1 1/3 c. Chopped Cranberries
Zest of 2 Large Oranges
2 c. Vodka
3/4 c. Sugar or simple syrup to taste
I infused this for about 3 weeks. This liqueur is perfect for cocktails! The flavor is a bit strong for sipping on its own, but substitute it in a Cosmo or craft a new favorite. I’ve already tried several combinations… and will be sharing them with you soon.

I’m taking this one on this week! What’re your thoughts on splitting the spirit between vodka and brandy like your Apple Liqueur, Almond Liqueur and Oatmeal & Brown Sugar Liqueur?

I think that a brandy/vodka mix in the cranberry-orange would be delicious! It would probably be a little more mellow and smooth than straight vodka. I thought it was a bit tart with just the vodka, so you may prefer the combo. My favorite use was in champagne. Be sure to try that!

When I first had the thought to do a cranberry infusion I came straight to your blog, and when I saw this post my first thought was, “Champagne!” So, definitely, we will be doing that! 😉

Is there no measurements for this or am I missing something or need to click something?
