How do you capture the ripe flavors of seasonal ingredients and savor them throughout the year? Some people preserve through canning summer’s bounty. Others freeze their produce and wares. Sisters Eileen and Alicia prefer to infuse the flavors into boozy concoctions and sip their way to bliss.
